What is the difference between a BIG and SMALL town ?
BIG TOWNS sometimes have pipe-borne water (the taps hardly flow always); bottled mineral water can also be bought easily in stores. Many medical facilities are available in bigger towns. Electricity is somewhat reliable as well as telephones and some Internet cafes.
Even in SMALL TOWNS you can buy bottled or bagged purified water in small shops. Medical help is usually in the form of community health nurses. For a Physician, you may have to go to the nearest major town. Electricity is available in some small towns. For telephones, you would have to go to the nearest bigger town.
Note: If you want to make any changes to the 'preferred location' you indicated, you can still do it: If you chose a 'small town' placement, but you now want a 'big town', it's not to change it. Just send me an email and I'll make the necessary change
